New Offices in development in Ashton-Under-Lyne

In an era where more and more offices are being converted into residential properties, Ashton Business Centre hopes to enable small to medium sized businesses to continue trading by releasing 15,000 sqft of new grade A office and meeting space, in the heart of Ashton-Under-Lyne.

Peter Jones, General Manager of Ashton Self Store says “We will approach the leasing of the offices in a flexible way, to encourage small to medium sized businesses who are looking to expand”.

The Hill Street work spaces are in development now and include:

Ground Floor:

7,500 sqft being converted into up to 9 brand new business units. These units are expected to be used as small workshops and storage units.

New units to range in size from 400-1000 sqft.

Each unit will be self-contained and, if a lease is taken out during fit out, can be fitted with toilets and kitchen facilities.

First and Second Floors:

Varying sizes of office spaces and meeting rooms will be available.

Flexible leases.
